Renexus Customer Inquiry System
Renexus Group contacted us and requested for a streamlined inquiry system to automate the original e-mail based inquiry system. To achieve this, a custom module was written in PHP and deployed successfully, allowing the Renexus admins to easily screen through prospects with the system, simplifying the original task of reading through every inquiry e-mails to as easy as clicking on the "Accept" or "Reject" button on the standardized inquiry e-mails.
